Tofu cheese in sesame and peanut sauce

Ingredients:
- ½ blocks firm tofu cheese- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2.5 cm large piece of fresh ginger (grated)
- 2-3 hot chili peppers
- Broccoli
- Red pepper
- ½ onion, chopped large pieces
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (little brown)
- 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Hot sauce (ketchup or Tabasco sauce, optional)
- Salt -1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1.5 teaspoon cooking oil
Preparation:
Pestle half the amount of roasted sesame seeds (in pastry bag with rolling pin or in mortar with pestle). Leave it for a while. Grind garlic and hot peppers, and then do some more grinding with roll dough or in mortar. Leave it for a while. In bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, chilly sauce, sesame pestle, garlic, hot peppers and salt, then add 1/3 cups of water and stir until everything is combined. This mixture will be gravy.
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan. Place tofu cubes in a single layer and bake on each side for several minutes on medium heat. Remove and place on a platter to stay for a while. Heat the rest of the oil. Add the chopped garlic, broccoli, red pepper (or any other vegetables of your choice) and quickly fry this mixture for a few minutes.
Carefully add the pieces of tofu cheese. Pour all the ingredients for the sauce in the pan. Leave a little and slowly cook, reduce the oven temperature and cover the dish.
At the end, ornament with the rest of the sesame and hot peppers.
